Trapped emotions & energy blocks

I am days away from surrendering my phone and immersing myself fully in a seven-day transformational retreat. It’s called The Hoffman Process, and it’s a no-phone, full-power therapeutic process, every day from 7.30 AM to 10:00 PM kind of situation. I’m expecting miracles. A Course in Miracles describes a miracle simply as a “shift in perception from fear to love.”

A few weeks ago, I noticed I was ‘coming up against myself.’ It’s a term I use to describe when I feel a block in my energy. I need to expand into a bigger version of myself but my current operating system is holding me back in trapped emotions and fear. Clearing the energy block makes it easy to step in and follow that guidance and get the amazing results you want to see. In other words, I feel ready to peel back another layer of the onion and bring light to the shame that has been bubbling up recently. It’s time to transform those increasing shadows and embrace the big juicy fullness of being alive.

I’ve moved through some unbelievable transformational processes in the last few years. It started when I got into recovery over a decade ago and accelerated exponentially when I began training to become a therapist. I have found that when we are ready to work on what is holding us back, the universe will give us the opportunities, people, and resources we need to get the job done. All we need to do is say, “Yes.”

In my morning meditation last week, I visualized myself breaking free from a bubble and looking back at the billowy, now deflating saggy skin of my former comfort zone. It feels exciting to be on the outside in this brand-new space. It feels limitless and pregnant with possibilities. I know from experience that to truly follow my calling, risk failure, and bravely follow my dreams, I need to step into the unknown, which is what this process is. I’m saying, “Yes!”

If you are ready for your system upgrade and are called to break free from your current comfort bubble, try Hilarapy. It’s my unique brand of therapy that merges the transformational properties of both therapy and creativity with a massive dollop of fun. Join me on one of my in-person Comedy Therapy Courses or Workshops this fall.

WARNING: Being you in all your fullness is a risk. Not everyone will accept you when you step into your power. I’m good with that. Are you?

See you on the other side!
