Addictive Comedy performed its first show featuring Lizzie Allan, Karina Cebuliak, Ellen Bradley-Cheung and with guest Trevor at Centennial Arena in White Rock. 100 people attended after what was supposed to be performed at Laura's Coffee Shop with an audience of 25.

Addictive Comedy was officially incorporated on August 14th, 2018. Before this date, Addictive Comedy had already performed four shows to sold-out audiences and raised tens of thousands of dollars for local nonprofits and organizations.
Lizzie Allan lead a group of students through a 10-week intensive Comedy Therapy course followed by a sold-out comedy show featuring the students sharing their vulnerable stories with humour.
Lizzie Allan writes and performs her one-woman show [un]expecting at the White Rock Playhouse where she tells the story of getting pregnant the gay way; artificial insemination coupled with internalized homophobia setting the stage for a hilarious redemptive exposé of shame.

Addictive Comedy rebrands as Hilarapy
Due to the global pandemic, Hilarapy is forced to pivot from fully outward-facing offerings and launches their new online membership program.
Hilarapy lends their hand to help lift holiday spirits by providing FREE Laughing Yoga Sessions to organizations and individuals. Hilarapy extends the December Sessions through January and February 2021.
Hilarapy presents their first Virtual Comedy Stage Show featuring the members of the Hilarapy monthly online program.
