We are perfectly imperfect
We tried being perfect once, but it didn’t work. Especially when we realized how exhausting it was pretending. It turns out that being perfect is a myth. Yes, we always give 200% to our work, but we prefer to remember that we are microdots spinning on a rock in endless space, not robots. We are happy being the best we can possibly be, for you, ourselves, and each other.

We believe in a higher power, and it’s not you (or us!) Call it whatever you like. Creative Power of the Universe, Great Spirit, Devine Love, God, heck, you can call it your “Grandma’s Dead Dog” if that works for you! We don’t know how to explain it either, other than, a loving magical force that animates all life and creates beautiful things through us, and despite us. As a company, we credit this higher power with the best work we do, the impact that we make, and the lives we touch. We respect everyone’s freedom to believe whatever they choose; it’s all gravy, baby. But we will not tolerate haters.

Creating a better world is a serious business, and to lighten the load, we laugh a lot. Unfortunately, not everyone gets our humour. That’s okay by us; there are horses for courses. We take a strong stand for inclusion and kindness. We help different humans make comedy from their difficult lived experiences. It can get mighty off-beat at times. We can handle the odd swearword and crazy story, but we will never tolerate weaponizing humour.
